Turk Telekom Fails to Fix Internet Outage

Hey, I'm having some trouble with my home internet. Yesterday, they promised it would be fixed by 8:00 PM, but today it's still not working, and I can't get a hold of customer service. I depend on the internet for my work-from-home setup, and it's absolutely essential to have a dependable connection. Turkish Telekom hasn't given any explanation, but they say it's impacting my whole area. I need this problem fixed right away. Appreciate your backing.
