Türk Telekom Ignores My Fiber Infrastructure Request For Years

I have submitted an application through Information and Communication Technologies Authority with the request number 272213837. To summarize the situation: for many years, we have been applying for the installation of fiber infrastructure in our street. Although the surrounding streets are equipped with fiber infrastructure, our address has not yet been provided with this service. In response to our repeated request through Information and Communication Technologies Authority, we were informed that the building management was contacted and it was stated that fiber infrastructure was not requested. However, this information is incorrect and does not reflect the truth. As can be seen in the attached visuals, the response provided is irrelevant and dismissive. Despite my repeated explanations, the same reply has been given each time, which indicates insufficient attention to the matter. We personally know all the households in our building; there are three households in total, and each of them requests fiber infrastructure installation. Both the building residents and the neighborhood residents have already submitted our fiber infrastructure requests to the relevant directorates. We kindly request the necessary support for providing fiber infrastructure to our address, and also request an investigation into the inadequate and dismissive responses that have been given to us.
