Turkcell Ignores My Fiber Infrastructure Request

For about two weeks, I have been applying for Turkcell fiber infrastructure installation at my address on 2753rd Street, Erenler Neighborhood, but despite submitting multiple requests, I have received no results. When I checked on Turkcell’s own website, I saw that fiber infrastructure is available both in the market beneath my apartment building and in the building across the street, yet I am not receiving any support. During my first application, two separate records were opened; in the first, I was told to wait, then informed that the request was approved and work would begin. However, 3–4 days later, I was called again and told that the infrastructure was not suitable and no work would be carried out. In my second application, I was told the dealer would contact me, but no one has reached out to me until now. I was not provided with any application or customer number, nor was I asked to make any payment during this process. I have been experiencing this problem for nearly three weeks, and I request that fiber infrastructure installation at my address be completed as soon as possible.

There is still no one who has responded.
