Turkcell Superonline Has Not Restored My Fiber Internet After Cable Cut

I am a Turkcell Superonline fiber internet user with subscriber number 70898914, living in Gülbin Apartment, Şemikler Neighborhood, Karşıyaka/İzmir. Since 12:00 on Saturday, our apartment has had a complete internet outage. The reason is that during excavation work carried out by İZSU next to our building, the fiber optic cables were cut. Since then, none of the apartments in the building have had internet service. We have contacted Superonline customer service many times. Each time, a fault record is created, and we are given a 3-hour resolution period, but when this period expires, a new 3-hour period starts, and this cycle keeps repeating. So far, no concrete solution has been provided. My request is that the area where İZSU carried out the excavation and then closed be reopened, the fiber optic cables repaired, and our internet service restored urgently. In addition, I ask that the days we could not use the internet service not be reflected in our bill. I expect this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
