Türk Telekom Didn't Show Up for My Fiber Internet Installation

I purchased Türk Telekom's fiber internet service. They said, "Your infrastructure is ready, we will come and install it," and scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. However, they didn't even provide a specific time, just said, "We can come on a weekday anytime between 11 AM and 6 PM, so wait." We put everything on hold and waited at home all day yesterday. By 6 PM, no one had shown up. When I called customer service, they casually said, "They probably couldn’t come due to high demand." They made me waste an entire workday at home but didn’t even bother to call and inform me that they wouldn’t be coming. This is a complete disregard for customers, almost mocking them. It’s now the next day, and still, no one has reached out. Absolutely disgraceful!
