Türk Telekom Did Not Deliver My SIM Card as Promised

I’m still awaiting a satisfactory resolution from Türk Telekom concerning my mobile line. I registered for a new line, and as explicitly mentioned in the contract, the Bayram holiday occurred during the process. The SIM card was never delivered to me by the courier. Eventually, they stated that they had arrived but were unable to locate me—which is difficult to accept, as I was present and no one reached out to me. Not long after, I received notification that the order was completely canceled. I was caught off guard by this unexpected situation, which left me feeling perplexed and uncertain about my next steps as a customer. I’m uncertain about the system they have in place, but I anticipate receiving my line as we initially agreed upon.
