Türk Telekom 60 Minutes International Calls Credits For Every Country Not Working

I am a Türk Telekom mobile customer using the 60 dakika Bütün Dünya international call package, which I purchased through the Türk Telekom mobile application on 13 May 2026 to call Nigeria. Despite this package being advertised as valid for every country, I have not been able to use it to make calls to Nigeria. My line with the number 54478185** has been checked and confirmed as active for international calls. There is no issue with the country code or the numbers I am dialing. I even visited your telecommunication office, showed them the number, and tried making the call in their presence; they also confirmed there was no error with the number. The package fee was paid in cash and there has been no problem with the payment. Before coming here, I called Türk Telekom customer service and was directed to go to the head office, which I did, but the issue still has not been resolved and I still cannot use the 60-minute international call package for Nigeria. I request that the problem with my 60 dakika Bütün Dünya package be checked in detail and that my line be enabled to use this package for calls to Nigeria as soon as possible, or that an appropriate refund or alternative solution be provided if the package cannot be used as promised.
