Türk Telekom Bill Cycle Came to an End, Fee Confusion Continues

I've been a customer of Türk Telekom for home internet and Tivibu for the past 6 years. Last month, my bill came to ₺650. I called customer service to ask why. They said my package had ended, and if I continue my subscription, it would be ₺350 per month. I agreed and confirmed. However, this month, my bill came to ₺700 again. I've decided to pay this ₺700 and terminate my membership with Türk Telekom. Since my membership is not continuing, they should either correct this bill or terminate my membership. I'm complaining. I have the receipt for the paid ₺650 bill from last month. You are witnesses, so my package extension contract is not valid, correct? I want to use this letter as evidence when paying the ₺700 for this month and terminating my membership. I would appreciate your assistance.
