TTNET Debt And Court Case Despite Being In Detention

I had a TTNET home internet subscription in Istanbul and I was unexpectedly held in detention in Arnavutköy for months starting from 2025. During this period, I completely lost access to my normal life and could not use or manage my internet subscription in any way. I only recently regained my freedom and have been trying to start my life from scratch. When I tried to get my internet back, I contacted TTNET and was informed over the phone that my internet line had been cancelled and that there was a court case and a debt of ₺12,000 in my name. I was told that this amount was claimed because I allegedly did not cancel the contract during my absence. I had no chance to follow bills, notifications or any communication due to being under detention, and I was not aware of this process at all until I called TTNET. I find it extremely unfair and disproportionate that I am faced with a ₺12,000 debt and a court process for a period when I was not using the service and was physically unable to carry out any cancellation procedure. I am in a very difficult situation financially and personally, trying to rebuild my life after losing almost everything. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request that TTNET take my situation into account, stop or withdraw the court process and debt claim arising from this period, and allow me to reactivate my internet service without imposing this ₺12,000 burden on me. I am ready to provide any documentation or explanation regarding my detention period if needed, and I ask for an understanding, fair and humane evaluation of my case.
