First, make sure it wasn't just that it took a while for the coins to show up. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, reopen the app, and log out and back in.
Check Tumile's support page for "Account Issues → Payment → What can I do if I don't receive any coins after recharging?" if that doesn't help. and send a request.
You'll need to show your user ID, a screenshot, or a receipt or transaction that shows you've paid.
Contact support with the "Order ID," a 19-digit code that starts with "O," from your order history if you paid for something other than Google Play.
This could have been on the website or on an app other than Google Play. That lets Tumile keep track of your exchange.
If the problem is still not fixed after contacting support, you might want to file a report on Xolvie to bring attention to it and get it fixed.
