I Am Requesting an Audit of Pragmatic Play Games on Trwin

For approximately the past six months, I believe there has been fraudulent or manipulated activity on the Trwin website, particularly in all games provided by the Pragmatic Play game provider. I have observed that the games do not follow a normal or fair flow, that outcomes repeatedly occur against players, and that the overall behavior does not match the standard operation of Pragmatic Play games. As a result of this situation, I have suffered losses exceeding 60,000 TL. Despite submitting multiple complaints through the site and explaining the issue in detail, I only receive identical copy-and-paste responses with no real investigation, technical review, or clear explanation. I request that the Pragmatic Play games operating on the Trwin platform be urgently audited, that proper technical inspections be carried out, and that an official statement be made regarding whether these games have been interfered with or manipulated on this site. I ask that my losses be reviewed fairly and that any violation of my rights be identified and remedied.
