I Face “Master Key Is Disabled” Error When Sending XRP From Trust Wallet
For about a month now, I’ve been unable to transfer XRP through the Trust Wallet app. Every time I try to make a transfer, I receive the error message “master KEY is disabled.” This issue started after I transferred my wallet to another device. I’m using an iPhone running iOS 18.7, and even though I complete all steps correctly, the transfer never goes through, and no transaction fee is deducted. My wallet has a sufficient XRP balance, so the issue isn’t related to available funds.
I tried reaching out to Trust Wallet support, but I haven’t received any response. I request assistance to resolve this issue and restore my ability to transfer XRP without errors.
