On January 4, 2026, at around 3:00 p.m., a block was placed on approximately $24,500 worth of BNB that I hold in my Trust Wallet. I am unable to access these funds or make any transactions. In order to lift the block, I was asked to pay $6,000, but I no longer have any money left because I have already been scammed.
During this process, a person who contacted me by email and identified himself as F** called me from the phone number +41 41 701 14 **. He told me that to remove the block, I needed to deposit $6,000 into an OKX account first and then contact him again via email. I believe this is a scam attempt. I am requesting that the block on my Trust Wallet account be removed and that my $24,500 in BNB be restored to me securely without any additional fees.
I ask that this matter be urgently investigated, that appropriate action be taken against those responsible, and that I be provided with written information regarding this process.
