Trust Wallet iOS App Blocks My Tron Transactions With “Failed to Sign Transaction” Error

I have been using the Trust Wallet app on iOS (version 11.52.0, build 1393). For the past 20 days, even though I can still log in to my account, I have been unable to perform any transactions such as withdrawals, transfers, or swaps. Every time I try, I receive the same error message: “failed to sign transaction.”
My account currently holds 2,230 TRON (TRX) and no other coins or tokens. Despite trying different internet connections, the issue persists. Unfortunately, I cannot test on another device because I no longer remember my 12 recovery seed words—the wallet is only accessible on my current iPhone.
Before this issue started, I successfully sent a transaction on August 9 and received funds on August 28. Since then, I have been completely blocked from moving my TRX. There are no security warnings or restrictions displayed in the app.
I already contacted Trust Wallet customer support and followed the troubleshooting steps they provided, but nothing has resolved the issue.
I urgently request technical support to restore transaction functionality on my wallet so that I can transfer my TRX and use my funds without interruption.
