Trust Wallet Holds My ETH Staking Rewards Hostage Due to System Attack

I engaged in a 15-day staking process for ETH mining on Trust Wallet. After completing the period and paying all applicable taxes, the system allegedly suffered an attack, freezing our liquidity. We've been informed that our liquidity will only be released if we deposit an additional amount equivalent to half of the seized funds into our wallet. I've reached out to customer service via email multiple times but haven't received any response. Please help!
