Trust Wallet Holding My Money and Demanding Additional Computing Power
I'm having a major issue with Trust Wallet and it's really frustrating. I put some dollars from tether into my Trust Wallet on Binance, but when I tried to withdraw them, the system wouldn't let me. Instead, Trust Wallet sent me a message saying that I needed to increase the computing power of 50% of the mining machine quota I bought in order to synchronize the block nodes before I could get my money out. They also gave a second solution, which was to wait until April 3, 2023, when the power of all the computers in the cloud mining network should be at its highest. I can't believe that Trust Wallet is making me deal with this. They are holding my money hostage and want me to buy more computer power before they will give it back to me. I've already talked to their customer service, but they keep telling me the same thing over and over again without giving me any more information or help. I worked hard for this money, and they can't just take it away like this. It's wrong, and I feel bad about it. Trust Wallet needs to fix this problem right away and give me back my money.
