Trust Wallet and Solvex Conversion Led to Security Breach and Stolen Coins
I recently encountered a major security issue during the conversion of Bpriva coins to Solvex via Trust Wallet. Following a video guide shared in their official Telegram group, I attempted the process. Despite having Bpriva in my wallet, the app only recognized a small amount of BNB. Seeking help, I wrote to the group and was contacted by someone with a username identical to the admin's. They claimed the issue required a "Bug Fix" using a provided link.
I double-checked their legitimacy through a friend, who confirmed with the admin that the person was from the team. Trusting this, I followed the steps, but the next day, all my coins were stolen. Every Bpriva coin in my wallet was transferred out.
Why would the team share a video guide that confuses users, leaving them vulnerable to bad actors? Why was no proper security protocol in place to prevent this? I reached out to Solvex, but they ignored my concerns. I’ve held Bpriva for three years, supporting this Turkish project, only to be left devastated and without any resolution.
I demand Solvex take accountability and compensate for my stolen funds immediately. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
