On July 30, 2024, around 11:00 PM, I transferred $2,500 from my KuCoin account to my Trust Wallet. Ten minutes after the coins were supposed to arrive, my funds were withdrawn to an unknown wallet. I reached out to Trust Wallet for assistance but have not received any response.
Despite using biometric login and encryption, my funds were withdrawn from my account without my approval. I want my issue resolved. The account to which my funds were sent is clearly identifiable, and the procedures for such situations are known. I did not click on any links or engage in any suspicious activity.
