All this fraud seems to have started in July. It’s possibly an inside job. A hacker wouldn’t be able to find both your key phrase and password in just one day.

Same here. And the date is almost identical. This could very well be an inside job. I’ve read many similar cases—even one person suspected their phone’s built-in app, the Redmi Notes app. He had saved key phrases there, and so did I. Maybe hackers gained access to that app, though they would still need a password.
