Truck Simulator Ultimate VIP Subscription Benefits Missing

On 19 September, I purchased the VIP Ultimate monthly subscription for £3.99 in the Truck Simulator Ultimate game via the App Store. The subscription is shown as active in the game, but I have not received the promised VIP Ultimate benefits. According to the description, this package should remove ads, provide 250,000 in‑game currency each month, give a new truck every month and include some additional items. None of these benefits have been added to my account despite the payment being taken and the subscription status showing as active. I request that my VIP Ultimate subscription be properly activated on my account and that all missing items and benefits are delivered as promised as soon as possible.
