I am a TronLink Pro user, and I am unable to recover access to my wallet. I have forgotten my password, and when I try to reset it, the app asks for my old password, which I do not remember. The app never asked me to add a phone number when I logged in; it only gave the passkey option, so I do not have any number linked to my account for OTP. Because of this, I cannot complete the standard password reset process. I do have my passkey, but TronLink Pro does not provide any clear way to use it for recovery, and I am therefore unable to log in or reset my password despite having this security information. As a result, I am currently locked out of my wallet and cannot access my funds. I request TronLink Pro support to help me recover my password using my passkey, or to provide a working alternative method to reset my password without the old password and without relying on OTP or a linked phone number, or to offer any other secure recovery solution so that I can safely regain access to my wallet.
