I Report Bodrum Diamond Kumbahçe Hotel's Misleading Ultra All-Inclusive


We visited Bodrum Diamond Kumbahçe Hotel in June 2005, booking through Tripadvisor, only to find their "Ultra All-Inclusive" concept extremely misleading. Everything at the hotel felt limited. For example, the minibar in our room contained only cola, nothing else. Many of the sun loungers were broken, making it difficult to relax by the pool or beach.
Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was broken, making our stay uncomfortable, especially given the summer heat. The food quality was consistently poor, lacking variety and appeal throughout our stay. This experience has caused significant disappointment and frustration, as the hotel failed to deliver on its promises. We chose this hotel for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation, and instead, we faced continuous issues that detracted from our holiday. We demand a partial refund for the misleading service and the unresolved issues we encountered during our stay.
