Trendyol Took My Money and Didn’t Return It After I Sold My Computer

I sold my computer, worth ₺9,500, on 02.09.2024 through the DOLAP app, which I thought was reliable because it’s owned by Trendyol. On September 5, the payment was transferred to my IBAN ending in 01, but that account had been closed. When I contacted their support team, they kept stalling me with various excuses, and no one has addressed the issue with my money. I visited the bank branch, and they confirmed the money was returned to DOLAP on the same day. When I tried transferring money to that same account, it was returned immediately. However, the ₺9,500 from DOLAP never made it back to me. It's now October 3, and my money has been stuck in limbo for over a month. No one is helping or resolving this. I had planned to use the funds to buy a new computer, but now I've lost my old one and the money. I've already filed a complaint with consumer rights, and I will also be taking this matter to court.
