On October 15, 2024, I placed a food order from Trendyol worth ₺413.90 and selected a Pudo delivery cabinet as the pick-up point. However, instead of my order, I received a package with the invoice of someone named M*** F*** and my cargo barcode number. I immediately contacted Trendyol, and they directed me to resolve the issue with Pudo. I delivered the incorrect cargo back to Pudo, but when we searched for the other person's package, it turned out their cargo never arrived at Pudo. I contacted Trendyol again, and they created a request for investigation. That was 1.5 months ago. Despite following up daily and being assured the issue was noted, I learned yesterday that they closed the request, falsely claiming I had stated the matter was resolved. My cargo, which was claimed to have been delivered on October 18 but belonged to someone else, is still missing. I urgently demand a refund, as it is clear Trendyol is not handling this issue fairly.

The package containing food items that I ordered on October 15, 2024, and has still not reached me, was marked as delivered after someone else's package was delivered on October 18. I had chosen the Pudo locker as the 'pick-up' point instead of delivery for my package worth 413.90 TL from Trendyol.

I received a product with the invoice of a person named m*** f*** and my package barcode number from the locker. I contacted Trendyol, and they told me to resolve it with Pudo. I returned the package to Pudo. When we searched for that person at Pudo, thinking my package might have had that person’s barcode number attached, it turned out that their package had not arrived at Pudo. Therefore, I reached out to Trendyol again, and they created a request. I'm talking about 1.5 months ago; they just brushed it off by saying they tracked it and took notes every day.

Yesterday, I learned that they closed the request saying 'we delivered it,' and they even claimed that I stated this. I urgently expect a refund. Enough is enough; it’s clear that Trendyol will not resolve your issue fairly. I am attaching images of the package I received and returned to Pudo; my package is missing, at least refund my money.
