Trendyol Sent Me a Damaged Mushroom Lamp and Rejected My Review



I purchased a mushroom-shaped lamp from a seller on Trendyol, but the product arrived damaged. The packaging was poorly done, which likely caused the damage during shipping. I immediately contacted the seller, but it's been an hour, and there has been no response. Their lack of concern for customer satisfaction is frustrating. I've never dealt with such an indifferent seller before. When I tried to leave a review about my experience, Trendyol rejected it, claiming my comment was a meaningless visual, and refused to publish it. This makes me question how transparent Trendyol is with customer feedback. I don’t understand how sellers can knowingly send damaged products, treating customers as if we’re receiving them for free.
