Trendyol ROBOPower 3 High Pressure Car Washer Refund Dispute

I purchased a ROBOPower 3 60 Bar rechargeable high-pressure car washer from the Trendyol shopping site. I did not like the product and initiated a return. On August 08, 2024, I received a message stating that my return was rejected. I responded to the message, but as mentioned below, my message did not even go through.
I wrote the following text in the product review section on the site and sent it, but received a response that the text could not be published. I am copying the same text here:
"I did not like it at all; it does not meet the specifications in the ads. The spraying is very weak and ineffective. That's why I didn't like it. I returned it, but the return is not accepted. The reason given is "it has been determined that it is not suitable for resale". I ask: are such goods evaluated by looking at them, or are they tested? I tested it, didn't like it, and returned it. There is no breakage or deformation. Based on what is this decision made? The email received informs about the rejection of the return and that the goods will be sent back. When I reply to this notification, it is stated that "the message could not be delivered because the email address i***@trendyolmail.com could not be found". However, this is the address it came from? I shop as a corporate and reliable company, but am I mistaken? I do not accept the delivery of the said goods. I request the refund of my money within the specified time. Otherwise, I will resort to legal means."
I am extremely dissatisfied with Trendyol's handling of this return and their unresponsive customer service. I expect a prompt refund of my money or a resolution to this issue. Trendyol's actions are unacceptable and do not align with their reputation as a reliable e-commerce platform.
