My Trendyol Review Vanishined




Three days ago, I left a detailed, positive review with photos for a product I purchased from Trendyol, but it's nowhere to be found. There's no offensive content to prevent approval; in fact, my feedback was entirely positive. Yet, it's not showing up in any section—neither approved, pending, nor rejected. When I try to reevaluate from the order page, I'm just thanked for my review, but it doesn't appear anywhere. It's as if my review vanished into thin air, and the system won't allow me to submit a new one. I've contacted customer support, spoke with A***, who suggested updating the app, restarting, waiting 3-4 days, etc. Despite trying everything, my review is still missing. Customer service seems unable to open a complaint ticket or take any meaningful action. I paid for the product, and Trendyol, likely taking a commission from that payment, has somehow robbed me of the chance to review it, claiming there's nothing to be done! Delivery No: 8418667795.
