Hello, I am writing again due to being misled for the second time regarding this matter. I purchased a Monster Abra A7 v14.5.2 model product from Trendyol on January 4, 2024. Approximately a week after it arrived, I opened the box and performed the setup. After setup, I noticed that the fan in the machine was stuttering and making noise. Using Monster's own program, the Monster Control Center, I found out that there was a fan error, as shown in the attached image. When I turn on the computer, I can hear the fan stuttering and making noise while it should be running smoothly. Additionally, I observed signs of disassembly on the lower part with 12 screws when it came back from the service, which also concerns me. It is unacceptable to have such an issue in a brand-new product. They said the product needs to go back to the service again, and I will send it on Monday, February 4, 2024.
I am requesting a refund due to the device needing to go to service twice within two months for the same reason. Monster says, "We sold this product to Trendyol in 8 months, in 2023, your machine is 5 months old, and we cannot do anything about it." Trendyol assistant said that the request I opened to Trendyol on February 7, 2024, via Trendyol, would be finalized within 3 days, but no result was obtained. They also sent us a 5-month-old product. I am awaiting your assistance regarding this matter. Regards, the culprit here is primarily Trendyol, followed by Monster. It is unacceptable for them to fail to do their job correctly and make a second mistake by unnecessarily interfering with the device.
