Saying a lot, Trade Republic's customer service is really one of the worst I have ever dealt with—worse than even mobile network companies. Real help is essentially not easily available. You want to close your account? Hope well. I have to ask a question. You will simply go in circles. Their bot is appalling; no matter how many tickets you open, they all point nowhere. Should you somehow get to a person, you will almost wish you hadn't—they are even less useful than the artificial intelligence. Apart from that, the app is a disaster to operate. Even for a moment, it logs you off every single time you change screens, therefore requiring you to re-enter your PIN continuously. Annoying and very pointless!
