Toy Bear Order Still Hasn’t Arrived – No Updates or Cancellation Option

I placed an order from Toy Bear on October 5, and it still hasn’t arrived! Why is it taking so long? I regret making this purchase because not only is the delivery unreasonably delayed, but I also can’t even cancel the order. If I had known it would take this long, I never would have ordered in the first place. Where is my package coming from, and why is there no clear tracking information? This is unacceptable customer service. I need an update on my order immediately, or at least the option to cancel and get my money back. Toy Bear must take responsibility for these delays and improve its shipping process!
