I Haven’t Received My Toy Bear Order—Demanding Refund


I ordered the #2043 Toy Bear on 12.10.2024, and it still hasn’t arrived! I've been waiting far too long, and the store isn't providing any updates or explanations. This is incredibly irresponsible and unacceptable customer service. To make matters worse, when I checked their Instagram page, I saw the store had shut down completely. Do they think they can just vanish online and ignore our rights? Closing the store doesn’t mean they can avoid refunds! I demand an immediate refund if my toy bear isn't going to be delivered promptly. Customers should never be left wondering where their orders are. Either send me the item I paid for or return my money right away—this needs to be resolved immediately!
