Township Facebook City Not Loading on Huawei MatePad GBox Issue

For about a year, I have been playing Township on both my iPhone and my Huawei MatePad 11.5 tablet using a city linked to my Facebook account. However, after installing a game update on my phone at the beginning of April, I have been unable to access the game from my tablet.

When I started experiencing issues on my tablet, I deleted and reinstalled the game and attempted to restore my Facebook-linked city. However, when I tap the “download” button to retrieve my city, the process tries to run through GBox, but I receive errors such as “not supported” or “please wait for updates.” This issue has been ongoing for days.

The app redirects me to a browser, then to AppGallery, which is already installed, and I get stuck in this loop without being able to download my city.

I have been dealing with this problem for about a week and have not been able to resolve it on my own. I have also not yet received any support from Huawei.

I request that Huawei investigate the compatibility issues related to GBox and AppGallery and ensure that the Township game can properly load my Facebook-linked city on my Huawei MatePad 11.5 tablet. I expect proper technical support to resolve this issue and restore my access. I also request urgent review of this matter and a clear update on the process.
