TopTop Program Repeated Losses and Refund Request

I have been using the application called “Top Top Program” for a while and during this period it has taken from me a total amount of around 30,000 Saudi riyals. In this application there is nothing free; every time I top up balance and enter the betting‑type games, I lose all the money within the same minute. Whenever I complain inside the application about these constant and immediate losses, there is no real interest from the management and they simply reply that “this is luck” without checking my account or giving any convincing explanation. I feel that this is not entertainment but exploitation, especially considering the very large total amount I have spent. I request a full refund of all the money that has been taken from me through this application, which is approximately 30,000 Saudi riyals, and I want my grievance to be taken seriously and investigated by the responsible parties.
