• Cancel the ToonMe subscription immediately from the app store to stop further charges
• Take screenshots showing each charge, dates, amounts, and the active subscription status
Ask them to;
• Explain why multiple charges were applied (duplicate billing, multiple plans, failed cancellation)
• Reverse and refund all duplicate or unauthorized charges
• Confirm the subscription is fully canceled and auto-renew is disabled
If the problem persists;
• Keep receipts, screenshots, and cancellation proof and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a refund, billing correction, and accountability
