Tod TV Poor Video Quality Despite High-Speed Internet
I have been experiencing serious issues for a long time while trying to watch major and important matches on Tod TV. When I try to access the content through the Smart TV application, the screen keeps showing a loading logo, and the stream never starts. Because of this, I attempt to watch matches on my laptop through a web browser, but despite having a stable and high-speed internet connection, the video quality becomes extremely blurry and drops to an unwatchable level, especially during recent matches.
These problems have been consistently occurring over the past 1–2 months, particularly during major games, and despite paying for the service, I am unable to watch matches properly. I also cannot reach any real customer support. There is only a voice assistant, which is either inaccessible or fails to provide any useful solution.
I am currently paying $9 per month for Tod TV and am on my 10th out of 12 installments. Under these conditions, I am completely dissatisfied with the service I am receiving. I request that Tod TV either provide a stable streaming service where I can watch matches clearly without interruptions, or cancel my subscription without penalty so I can switch to a different service, or refund the fees I have already paid.
When watching the matches on the Smart TV app, the logo spins, and when watching on a laptop, the picture quality is muddy. These problems have been recurring constantly for the past 1–2 months. I am requesting a refund, but there has been no communication with the brand and nobody has responded.
