On October 20, 2025, I initiated a withdrawal request on the Tipobet website. I had deposited ₺5,900 and requested to withdraw ₺15,000. However, my withdrawal was rejected, and when I contacted live support, they told me that I needed to complete a two-times turnover of my deposited amount. I had already completed this requirement, but despite that, I was informed that the ₺15,000 was returned to my account, and then the balance was lost shortly afterward. Currently, my account balance is zero.
During this process, I did not use any promotions, bonuses, or campaigns, and no additional documents or information were requested from me. Customer service stated that the issue could not be resolved due to “site rules,” which I find unfair and unacceptable.
I expect Tipobet to refund the ₺15,000 I lost as a result of this issue and to take responsibility for the mishandled transaction.
