Tineco Device Leaking Water—Warranty Not Honored

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Tineco device, which is still under warranty. The bottom part of the clean water tank started leaking, and eventually, the seal fell off completely. Since my product is still within the warranty period, I requested an inspection and replacement, but customer service refused to help, claiming that the clean and dirty water tanks are not covered under warranty.
However, in the official warranty document (attached below), it clearly states:
"This warranty covers all necessary labor and replacement of parts to ensure your device remains in working condition throughout the warranty period, excluding user errors."
Since the water tanks are essential replacement parts, they should be covered under warranty. I demand immediate action to honor the warranty terms and process my repair or replacement as stated in the agreement.
