Tinder Charged for Platinum Membership Renewal Without My Consent

Tinder automatically renewed my Platinum membership without my consent, charging ₺680 to my credit card. My card details weren’t even saved in the app, yet they still processed the payment through a virtual POS system. I’ve tried reaching out through the app for assistance, but I didn’t receive any helpful support. I’m extremely frustrated and demand an immediate refund of the membership fee. Tinder needs to fix this issue, as I did not authorize this transaction, and it's unacceptable to charge me without permission.
