I subscribed to Tinder Premium, but when the subscription period ended, my membership was renewed without my consent. Tinder charged my card before the renewal date, even though I didn’t authorize or select auto-renewal. This was done without my knowledge or permission, and I am extremely frustrated by this unauthorized transaction. I demand an immediate refund of the amount deducted from my card. Companies should not make such decisions on behalf of their customers without clear approval. I request Tinder to address this issue promptly, refund my money, and ensure such practices are stopped to prevent further inconvenience for users.
