I Can’t Create a Tinder Account—App Wrongly Says I’m Under 18 Despite ID Proof

I’ve been trying to create a Tinder account for two days using my email address (m***************@gmail.com). However, even though I am 20 years old, the app keeps showing an error message claiming I’m under 18 and blocks me from proceeding. This is both confusing and frustrating.
To resolve the issue, I followed the instructions and submitted a photo of my government-issued ID—front and back—to prove my age. Despite doing this, I’ve been waiting over 24 hours and still haven’t received any updates or access to my account. I don’t understand how an age verification issue can take this long to process, especially when clear proof has been provided.
I’m requesting immediate attention and a solution. I want my account verified and active without further delay. It’s unacceptable that such a basic function—verifying age with official ID—is left unresolved with no support communication. Tinder, please fix this now.
