I signed up for Tinder today and have been stuck at the face verification step ever since. No matter how many times I try, I simply cannot get the selfie verification to complete. I’ve followed all the instructions, made sure the lighting is fine, and even tried different backgrounds and camera angles. Yet every attempt either fails or doesn’t process at all.
This is extremely frustrating, especially for a new user who just wants to start using the app. It’s unclear whether the issue is on my end or if there’s a technical glitch in Tinder’s system, but either way, I deserve a clear answer and working functionality.
Tinder, please address this issue immediately. Fix the verification process or offer an alternative. I expect a dating app of this scale to have a reliable onboarding experience.
