Tinder Keeps Charging My Card Monthly for an Unused Account


For the past three months, Tinder has been withdrawing money from my card every single month, even though I haven’t used the account at all. I never approved any ongoing charges, and I consider this to be a completely unfair and unauthorized transaction.
I want to know how Tinder is allowed to keep charging for an account that’s inactive. I haven’t used the app, yet I’m being billed month after month. I’ve tried to contact customer service, but there is no response, no support—just silence.
Tinder, I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges and a permanent cancellation of this recurring payment. This situation is unacceptable. You can’t just quietly take money from users without active consent or usage. Fix this immediately and return the funds you took from me.
