Timo Agency Support Failure — Broadcasters Facing System Errors
As Cey Agency, we have been experiencing serious issues on the Timo app for more than a month. As an agency, we brought over 70 broadcasters and supporters from another platform. However, due to technical errors, system problems affecting our broadcasters, and a lack of information regarding events, we are facing major difficulties. We were not even informed about scheduled meetings, our broadcasters constantly encounter app errors, and we cannot receive any responses.
We have repeatedly reported all these problems to the managers through the WhatsApp group, yet we have received absolutely no positive or negative feedback. Because of the management’s lack of interest and communication, both our agency and our broadcasters are suffering.
