TikTok Recovery Shows Wrong Accounts After Phone Loss
I am writing regarding my personal TikTok account with the username @Ngwane_1***, which I have been unable to access for about two weeks after losing my phone. Since then, I have not been able to log in to my account. I tried using the password recovery and “trouble logging in” options, but instead of my current account, TikTok only shows old accounts, so I cannot reach the correct profile. Because of this, I am stuck and cannot complete the recovery process or log back into @Ngwane_1***. I kindly request that my identity be verified and that I be given access back to my TikTok account including updating the contact details if necessary so that I can log in again.
