TikTok Locked Out After Old Phone Broke – Recovery Request

I am writing because I have lost access to my TikTok account and need your help to recover it. My TikTok username is @jay_8013. I forgot my account password and tried to reset it using the “Forgot password” option. However, the reset code is being sent to an email address and phone number that I can no longer access because my old phone is broken. For this reason, I cannot receive any verification code and I am completely locked out of my account. I have already tried the available recovery options in the app and on the website several times, but each time I fail because I cannot receive the code. I have also tried to reach your support but still have not been able to solve this problem.
