TikTok Creator “Jae Gottlieb” Allegedly Uses Pressure to Gain Gifts and Donations

I am writing regarding the TikTok creator “Jae Gottlieb,” whose recent behavior on the platform has raised serious concerns for me about misleading and abusive practices during live streams. For approximately the past two weeks, I have observed this creator repeatedly begging viewers to become superfans and send gifts, openly stating that the money would be used for cosmetic procedures such as a BBL. Most recently, she again asked for money and then proceeded to get facial filler surgery. During these lives, she also bullies the chat and threatens to block people if they do not become superfans or send gifts, which creates a very uncomfortable and pressuring environment for viewers. I have already reported this account to TikTok, but I received a response stating that the creator is not doing anything against the guidelines. However, I strongly believe that using emotional pressure, threats of blocking, and repeated begging for money for cosmetic procedures crosses an ethical line and may violate community or monetization rules, especially toward potentially vulnerable viewers. I respectfully request that this account and its live content be thoroughly investigated, that superfan payments and gifts linked to this account be suspended if necessary, and that appropriate action, including banning the account, be considered if violations are confirmed. I am asking TikTok to take this situation seriously and protect users from manipulative and bullying behavior in live streams.
