TikTok App Keeps Crashing When I Try to Use Templates

On my Redmi Note 13 device, whenever I try to add a template in the TikTok app, I continuously receive the error message: “Something went wrong, please try again”, and the app freezes. This problem has persisted for a long time. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, ensured I have the latest version, yet the issue remains.

The error only happens when I attempt to add a template. I have also contacted TikTok customer support, but they provided no working solution.

I request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible so that the app is updated and usable without problems.
