TikTok Accounts “ryugg27” and “Kenji_kun55” Suspended Without Reason

Both of my TikTok accounts, “ryugg27” and “Kenji_kun55,” were suspended without any explanation or warning. The “ryugg27” account was closed on 3 September, and the “Kenji_kun55” account, which I had just created, was suspended the very next day on 4 September. I have never violated any rules on either account, and both were suspended shortly after being opened. When I attempt to log in, I do not see any warning or specific reason for the suspension.
When I tried to appeal through the in-app “appeal” option, I received a generic error message saying “Something went wrong” and my appeal was not submitted. I also reached out to TikTok customer service, but I have not received any response. Neither of these accounts has any payments or in-app purchases associated with them.
I request a clear explanation as to why my accounts were suspended and demand that especially my newly created account “Kenji_kun55” be reactivated as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to pursue my legal rights, including filing an official complaint and taking legal action if necessary. I expect TikTok to review my case fairly and restore my access promptly.
