TikTok Account Locked Because Verification Goes to Outdated Number

I have been unable to access my TikTok account for about a month because the login confirmation code is being sent to an old phone number ending in 1442, which I have not used for about three years. When I try to log in, TikTok only offers to send a confirmation code to this old number, so I cannot complete the login process. I still have full access to the email address linked to this TikTok account, but there is no option shown to verify or log in via email instead of the outdated phone number. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account. I kindly request that my phone number be updated through verification via my registered email address so that I can regain access to my account and secure it with my current contact information.
