I Want To Recover My TikTok Account

I live in South Africa and I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account because of 2‑step verification. I still have access to my email address, but I lost my old phone where the 2‑step verification was set up. When I try to log in with my email, TikTok always asks for 2‑step verification, which I can no longer complete because I do not have that phone or number anymore. This situation has been going on for about one month and in this time I have not been able to log in to my account at all. I tried to recover my account using my email but I am blocked at the 2‑step verification screen every time. I kindly request that my 2‑step verification be removed or disabled on my TikTok account or that you provide me with another way to log in using only my email, so that I can access my account again.
